Złotecki Sp. z o.o. is a brand that focuses on high

In order to meet the needs of current and future customers, the company implemented and maintains a certified Quality Management System based on the international standard PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 in 2004.
Quality control of pistons and pins ensures products of the highest quality. This is achieved through qualified staff and world-class measuring equipment.
At all stages of production, methods are used to plan controls and continuous improvement.
The geometry of the pistons is checked, i.e. ovalisation of the piston coat, pin hole and grooves for the piston rings.
The dimensions of all pistons and pins manufactured in our factory are measured and checked.
Hardness measurements are used in the work:
- Rockwell - pins and steel elements,
-Brinell - pistons.
Our factory workers use calibrated measuring equipment on a daily basis.
The company also has tools specially dedicated to each type of piston produced by it . And all this so that the quality is at the highest level and satisfies our customers.
